As the global health crisis caused by the novel Coronavirus (Covid-19 / SARS-CoV-2) continues, the conditions and guidelines of the Governments where we operate continue to change and we remain attentive and adaptable to the new circumstances every day. Our Number 1 priority remains to ensure that we keep our team, international partners, customers and suppliers safe.
We wish to reassure our valued customers that Thames Side Sensors has remained fully operational throughout the pandemic, including Manufacturing, Sales, Technical Support and Logistics/Shipping, to be ready for the continued worldwide delivery of our products. Our load cells and electronics are heavily used within critical equipment in essential industries such as food, medical, pharmaceutical, transport and energy, amongst others.
We are now 100% operational in all departments and branches worldwide, including our Indian subsidiary (Mumbai) and our Spanish warehouse & logistics division that exclusively serves our customers in the European Union (trading as Thames Side Sensors Europe Ltd, Dublin, Ireland).
To ensure the maximum possible safety for our valued teams of people, we have adapted our procedures and taken the necessary safety and sanitary measures according to the requirements in each of our operating locations. Some of our office-based staff are now working from our offices again, where we have sufficient space to maintain the required distance between our team members and we are operating strict protocols of sanitation and hygiene. Other members of our teams are working from home, on a rotation system.
