This stainless steel, fully welded and hermetically sealed load cell is ideal for speed checkweighers, high speed sorting machines, high speed packaging machines or high speed filling machines that require the best combination of processing speed, precision and repeatability. It is protected to both IP68 and IP69K.
The T12D connects directly to a PLC and delivers its output in weight units (not in mV/V like analogue / analog load cells) so there is no need for a separate signal amplifier or weight transmitter.
It is a very cost-effective digital load cell with 1,000,000 signal counts and an excellent data capture rate of 1600 measurements per second.
